What is the Florida Legislative Alliance (F.L.A.)?
The CAI Florida Legislative Alliance (CAI FLA), a committee of CAI is the official voice with legislators and regulators in Florida. CAI FLA exists to speak with one voice on legislative and regulatory matters that affect community associations, community association managers and CAI business partners.
Goals of the Alliance
The legislation that CAI FLA monitors, supports, or opposes has a direct impact on community associations. During its recent history, CAI FLA has influenced legislation affecting board and committee operations and covenant enforcement.
